In fall 2021, we will be
introducing our inaugural Bridge mentorship program for community college students - coast to coast in the U.S.
Our Bridge mentorship program for 1st and second year university students currently operates
at 10 institutions internationally.
Our Bridge program graduates receive lifelong support and eventually become mentors themselves - making our pipeline sustainable and scalable.

If there is one thing that we know, it's that mentorship matters.
When young women are given a mentor, they are able to more clearly define their professional goals and feel confident stepping outside of their comfort zone. Mentorship also connects a young woman to personal growth and development, as well as social and economic opportunity.
